Balding is not something anyone would look forward to. Even though we are unable to stop aging we can help ourselves when it comes to hair loss.

Our hair does get thinner as we age and more for some than others but with today's medications and creams etc we may be able to slow this down.

I have looked into many hair loss remedies and have found some that are better than others in how they say the can slow down hair loss and some even say they will help your existing hair grow more and stronger. I do not know about that but have heard of some of the good some of them do.

Unveiling The Top Hair Loss Treatment

By Boide Tallester

Without a hair loss treatment, hair loss sufferers get up in the morning and check their pillows for amounts of hair that have fallen out. They scan their combs and brushes after every use and seek to count the number of hairs contained within. These individuals wear their spectacles and scan the amount of hairs in the shower or sink after every shampoo.

Hair loss sufferers grow anxious, nervous, and scared. How much will go today, and how soon will I begin to look bald to others? They worry about the impressions they will make on bosses, future bosses, friends, co-workers, and even strangers who see them in public places. What a horrible way to live!

Do something about the daily concern you have over the loss of your hair: use a hair loss treatment! Consult your doctor to make sure there isn't a physiological reason that can be fixed. Some diseases, such as Lupus and Diabetes, can lead to hair loss. Hair loss can be caused by bacterial or fungal infection, and both of these conditions can be cured.

Worry, anxiety, stress, major life traumas, surgery and pregnancy can cause hair loss. You should be relieved knowing that all of them are either controllable or temporary. But with hormonal and hereditary hair loss, then you should consider a hair loss treatment.

1 - Make a priority of looking after your body by eating well and exercising often. This will help you to maintain good hair without any loss and damage.

2 - Find ways to reduce stress and anxiety. Exercise, Yoga, and meditation are good activities for this.

3 - Be careful tending to your hair. Treat your hair gently by not using harsh shampoos and trying to comb and brush your hair gently. You're going to have to cut back on colorants, harsh chemicals or hair heating devices and you will have to stop trying to control your hair so much.

4 - Investigate and experiment with the wide variety of hair loss treatment products available. The earlier in life you begin this investigation and experimentation, the better your results will be. Products like Provillus, for example, should be used with the first signs of more than normal hair loss.

5 - You should utilize natural remedies, such as saw palmetto, as an alternative hair loss treatment. You can find these at health and nutrition outlets and also online. Again, it will be necessary to try several to discover the most effective hair loss treatment for you. Every human body is different and will react differently to different types of treatments.

It does not matter how unpleasant your hair loss is, if it is distressing your life, then do something about it. Perform this at an early stage and determine the finest hair loss treatment for you.

Excessive hair loss affects almost all of us at some point in our lives and while there are some medical treatments to help prevent hair shedding, there are some natural remedies for hair loss. Most men and women loose 50 to 100 hairs a day, but some loose many more which isn't normal and their may be an underlying problem.

Men and women seem to experience balding in different patterns with women loosing hair throughout their head and men seem to loose theirs in a pattern. Balding has a large range of causes from medical conditions to diet insuffienciences and many causes are pretty simple to fix. Sometimes balding is irreversible, but there are many natural ways to promote good hair growth.

Some balding suffers are simply suffering from inadequate diets, vitamin deficiency or excessive vitamin A in their diets. Many of the causes of balding can be fixed with a few tweaks to the diet or through introducing a daily vitamin or mineral.

The leading cause of balding is known as male patterned baldness, which is noticed from the loss of hair at the hairline of the forehead back to the crown on the top of ones head. While it is most often seen in men, it can also affect women. However, women seem to loose hair all over the head rather than in a particular pattern.

DHT, a hormone produced by the body actually causes male patterned baldness. The hormone is released into the blood stream and chokes the healthy hair follicle until it is lost. So many people continue to search for a solution to their balding problems.

There is new help, with the FDA approved ingredient called Minixidil. It works against the DHT hormone promoting healthy hair growth and preventing the hormone from killing healthy hair follicles. It can also help to regrow dead hair.

There are several healthy steps we could all take to prevent excessive hair loss, such as introducing B6, Folic Acid and niacin into our daily rituals. We could also add some zinc and magnesium to our daily diets that would promote healthy hair growth.

Some men experience their testosterone converting to DHT, the hormone which chokes healthy hair follicles. A natural remedy for this is to introduce Saw Palmetto, an herb used to promote a healthy prostate, into the daily diet.

Almost all of us will suffer with some level of excessive hair loss during our lives. No matter if you have already suffered from hair loss or not, there may be a few steps that could help you retain a healthy head of hair.
