Hair today Gone Tommorrow

Balding is not something anyone would look forward to. Even though we are unable to stop aging we can help ourselves when it comes to hair loss.

Our hair does get thinner as we age and more for some than others but with today's medications and creams etc we may be able to slow this down.

I have looked into many hair loss remedies and have found some that are better than others in how they say the can slow down hair loss and some even say they will help your existing hair grow more and stronger. I do not know about that but have heard of some of the good some of them do.

Individual self help means finding out what your particular problems are that are different from other peoples and then finding a way that you can match these issues into a more typical form of treatment that is convenient and readily available.

Every alcoholic or drug addict that ever existed enters a treatments center or perhaps a twelve step meeting with the idea that "I am different from thee people" and every one of them is right to some degree. The fundamental principles of self help were first laid out by Dr. Sigmund Freud years ago when he acknowledged the ego is at the center of all of our problems and raising our consciousness is part and parcel to discovering a more healthy way of life. Dr. Freud and other people who came after him this kind of as Dr. Carl Jung and Dr. David R. Hawkins have paved the way for a brighter tomorrow. They have proven us what our personal path to self help can look like if we're truly devoted to healing ourselves and finding a better life. Personal self help is something that everyone can now benefit from and something that you ought to take advantage of yourself before it is too late.

Girls and women have liked guys who were behaving like dudes since the good part of human existence!

If you stopped acting like a metrosexual guy you would be more successful with women!

* You demonstrate to her that youre a high value male " Remember how I told you that girls like guys who act like guys? The reason for this is, because by being dominant and being a male, you are demonstrating to her that you are a high status person. You don't even need cars, looks or money for her to know this!

You just need to show her that you have traits that make her think you are a high status guy!

Menopause Starts In Brain

Menopause is a very researched subject, as scientists are trying to find out the origin of it. A new concept was developed recently, that is that menopause originates in the brain.

The North American Menopausal Society consider a woman menopausal when she didn't had her period for 12 consecutive months. The most frequent menopause symptoms are hot flashes, depression, anxiety, fatigue, mood swings,insomnia, joint pain, loss of sex drive, all caused by hormonal fluctuations.

Menopause caught the attention of doctors, scientists and researchers, because of the multitude of real biochemical changes that take place in a woman's body when she stops menstruating. Beginning to understand how these changes happen is a big step in trying to find more effective treatment solutions.

It is a fact that menopausal symptoms are causes by the hormonal imbalance, which starts in the ovaries. But new researches suggest that some menopause symptoms are not ovarian, they begin in the brain.

That's because the hypothalamus and the pituitary gland stop reacting normally to estrogen in some women.

The pituitary gland is a small gland that lies at the base of the brain. It is sometimes called the master gland of the body because all the other endocrine glands depend on its secretions for stimulation. The hypothalamus is also located in the lower part of the brain and its role is to regulate and control the pituitary gland to release hormones. Researchers suggest that at menopause these glands are not working properly, developing a reduced sensitivity to estrogen.

All these findings may lead to further researches that will help doctors establish what type of menopause a woman might have and help prescribe non estrogen medication to reduce the menopause symptoms that a woman experience as she enters this stage of life.

With so many craze diets that promise good results but fail to deliver, there are other ways to lose weight .For a long-term basis, eating healthy foods, exercising at least 4 to 6 days a week is the best way to do it. If you drinking fruit juice, energy drinks or any other kind of sports drink; all would probably claim having 100 calories, but you have to keep in mind that 100calories from healthy solid food is different from 100 calories from these liquid stuff.

These drinks only give you excess calories, which is not beneficial to you. Drinking water every meals, while working out and even when traveling could give you more energy but not calories.

Watching out for the foods you eat like processed foods such as canned and frozen foods can cut down your excess intake of sodium. Try to eat more whole foods, which are more healthy and nutritious.

Preservatives found in processed foods has high sodium content and this can lead to fluid or water retention and may make you look bloated or bigger than your actual size.

For you not to be tempted to having more calories in your body than you need, it would be best if you stick to eating 5 to 6 times the whole day including your snacks. The old way of thinking is eating 3 times a day, which will just lead to eat more than they can handle.

Make it a point to make breakfast the heaviest meal of the day, the snack as the lightest, 2 hours before bedtime.

Following this routine when you eat will surely make your body feel that you are sustaining it with enough source of power for energy. This way, your body will be able to decrease the level of calories it might be storing as excess fats.
