Balding is not something anyone would look forward to. Even though we are unable to stop aging we can help ourselves when it comes to hair loss.

Our hair does get thinner as we age and more for some than others but with today's medications and creams etc we may be able to slow this down.

I have looked into many hair loss remedies and have found some that are better than others in how they say the can slow down hair loss and some even say they will help your existing hair grow more and stronger. I do not know about that but have heard of some of the good some of them do.

Several Ways Of Preventing Balding

When balding starts at early age it will become a very serious condition; But nothing to worry because there are several ways of preventing balding or also known as hair loss.

Hydrotherapy - This is the common way of people in preventing balding. This process will unblock the follicles of hair. Easy procedures can be done at home by using cold and hot cloth and apply on head.

Healthy foods - Hair growth can be well promoted if a person will eat the proper types of foods. Biotin rich foods are truly beneficial. Herbal foods can be great as well that can give the hair high nutrients that can prevent hair loss or prevent balding, these are saw palmetto, green tea and Ginko. Additionally, vegetables, fishes, curds, pulses and milk can be good and can prevent balding. This is because they are foods that contain high protein that can stabilize the hair growth and keep the hair healthy.

Shampoo and conditioner - Right shampoos and conditioner that are good for the hair are those light and can be tender on hair. Unlike the strong shampoos that can damage the scalp and can lead to severe hair fall and hair loss. If you have a dry hair, using of shampoo daily can be a disadvantage. The conditioner can add moisture of the hair and retain the hair's natural oils and minerals. A good ingredient of a shampoo is Aloe Vera; they can make the hair strong and healthy.

Supplements - A person that is vitamin and mineral deficient have the possibility to get bald. To take good care of the hair, Iron, zinc and protein is very beneficial. These minerals make the hair grow properly with no need of high cost surgeries and therapies.

Aromatherapy - this is a good massage therapy for the hair and scalp. It reduces or prevents excessive hair loss or preventing balding. This is the use of good oils with rich in roman chamomile, bay, jojoba, bay, cedar wood, rosemary and lemon. They keep the hair and scalp healthy and give the hair balanced blood circulation. For prolonged use of this process will give good results.

Smoking, alcohol and caffeine can increase the possibility of hair loss or balding. To prevent this from happening, get rid of them and expect fuller, stronger and wonderful hair.

Baldness may simply start hair fall while shampooing, then hairs in the hairbrush, then hair will start falling consistently, hair becomes dry, the scalp will be tight until visible sign of excessive hair loss will be observed. In order in preventing balding, make sure that you take good care of your hair from the very start. Do not wait for the signs and symptoms gets worst.
