Balding is not something anyone would look forward to. Even though we are unable to stop aging we can help ourselves when it comes to hair loss.

Our hair does get thinner as we age and more for some than others but with today's medications and creams etc we may be able to slow this down.

I have looked into many hair loss remedies and have found some that are better than others in how they say the can slow down hair loss and some even say they will help your existing hair grow more and stronger. I do not know about that but have heard of some of the good some of them do.

How to Cope with Hair Loss

By Dave Thomas

Becoming bald and losing your hair can be fairly distressing, as you may think that you look older than you feel and that can cause unhappiness.

Some people whose hair starts to recede, will conceal this with combing over the area where it is thinning or they shave off all their remaining hair.

Although people often use remedies to prevent their hair from thinning and to encourage new hair growth, more often than not these treatments are unsuccessful as they do not attack the cause behind the hair thinning and falling out.

Prior to trying a therapy it is crucial to know what is causing your hair to fall out, and how can it be stopped.

Baldness is caused through a number of things. It can be linked to stress, scalp disease, or if you are not getting proper nutrition. The most prominent cause of hair loss is a hereditary condition that produces too much of a by product of testosterone called Dihydrotestostrone (DHT). This weakens the root of the hair as it joins to the hair follicle and eventually your hair becomes thinner and weaker.

Thankfully, there is help out there if you are worried about your hair receding. There are products which are natural and reduce the production of DHT in turn making your hair stronger. Also improving your eating can be key to preventing baldness. A diet that is dense in vitamins and minerals especially, zinc, iron, vitamin B-12, B1 and vitamin C, also lysine a basic amino acid found in proteins will help to strengthen your hair and boost your general health. If you struggle to get a balanced diet with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables it may advisable to take a supplement that contains the nutrients mentioned.

Rather than taking a supplement you may choose to use natural remedies, that will improve a man's health. These are Saw Palmetto and Nettle, which improves mens prostate health and will help to slow down the development of DHT, which in turn will help to keep your follicles strong so that your hair will not start to weaken.

All this information may sound a little daunting and you may be wondering how to make certain you get all these things in your diet, but there is an easy way to do this, by using a natural product which has all these ingredients that are key to fight baldness.
