Hair today Gone Tommorrow

Balding is not something anyone would look forward to. Even though we are unable to stop aging we can help ourselves when it comes to hair loss.

Our hair does get thinner as we age and more for some than others but with today's medications and creams etc we may be able to slow this down.

I have looked into many hair loss remedies and have found some that are better than others in how they say the can slow down hair loss and some even say they will help your existing hair grow more and stronger. I do not know about that but have heard of some of the good some of them do.

How To Get Your Girlfriend Back

It is really very difficult to imagine that exactly how you are feeling right now. It cannot be summed up in the word "crushed," but which could come pretty close. Going through a breakup is tough, but you can get your girlfriend back, and it doesn't even have to be all that hard.

To begin with, there are a few things you will need to think long and hard about. Look back at your relationship. What went wrong? You really must be brutally honest here because what follows depends on the result of your own self-examination. If you actually determine that there is a relationship to be recovered then it won't be difficult to get your girlfriend back.

The first thing to do is psyche yourself up. You need to work out your demons and get rid of the hurt and angst that you are likely feeling right now. It is unhelpful and it can actually be harmful to your eventual goal of working to get your girlfriend back. Put it aside and you will be better able to focus on your goal.

You need to distract yourself. Nobody likes a man who trails you around like a sad puppy-dog. You need to be able to convey that you are full of confidence and determination. That may just be a front that you present, but you have to be convincing. The key to that is getting yourself involved in outside activities. Whether it is going to the gym or taking a class at the local community center, you need to do things that keep you out of the house and active.

You would also like to work on purging the negative thoughts and feelings swirling around yourself. You might be experiencing several hurt and heartache after the breakup. You have to get rid of these and get back on with your life with a more positive attitude and outlook on life. There are a variety of strategies for working out the anxiety and pain.

For example, you could write a long letter to your ex girlfriend stating in detail all your hurts she has given you, including all the things you want you could say to her. The key here is to not send the letter. This is intended purely as an exercise. When you've completed the letter, take it outside and also burn it. Do a simple releasing exercise. Watch as the letter goes up in flames and also then let go of the anger and resentment. You will feel better for it.

From there you may go get your girlfriend back. It may be tough and it may take some time, but you may be fruitful in case you're patient. And that could be the most important part of this process. Don't rush it. In case you push too hard you would inevitably drive her away. You have to be able to take a step back and also breathe whenever you feel yourself getting impatient or even distraught. The process can take weeks or months, but the end result is a reconciliation and even a stronger relationship with your ex girlfriend than the one you started out with.
