Hair today Gone Tommorrow

Balding is not something anyone would look forward to. Even though we are unable to stop aging we can help ourselves when it comes to hair loss.

Our hair does get thinner as we age and more for some than others but with today's medications and creams etc we may be able to slow this down.

I have looked into many hair loss remedies and have found some that are better than others in how they say the can slow down hair loss and some even say they will help your existing hair grow more and stronger. I do not know about that but have heard of some of the good some of them do.

For tighter skin you may want to consider taking fish oil supplements. There has been research done which shows at ten percent improvement in the condition of the skin when these are consumed.

Weakened collagen fibers are what produce wrinkles. You can prevent this from happening by eating a lot of fruits that are rich in vitamin C to help prevent this breakdown of collagen and keep these fibers strong.

Tomatoes and green tea are great for preventing damage to the skin caused by the sun. You may get the impression of a Christmas theme because of the color association but don't let that fool you, these two items are packed with antioxidants which can help your skin stay healthy.

Research is being done on the benefits of soy although the research is not conclusive, soy contains a lot of protein that is good for your skin and will also help to keep it smooth and wrinkle free.

Carbohydrates should be eliminated from your diet without going into too much detail about their damaging effects. Great looking skin starts with a healthy diet and if you eliminate the unhealthy things from you diet, your skin will reflect better health as well as helping you to feel physically fit.

Anti-aging creams are also an alternative to the above methods. Some of these creams are packed with the same nutrients as you get in the food sources you consume, the only difference is that your stomach is not involved in the process. Scientists have researched this and have proven that it works.
