Hair today Gone Tommorrow

Balding is not something anyone would look forward to. Even though we are unable to stop aging we can help ourselves when it comes to hair loss.

Our hair does get thinner as we age and more for some than others but with today's medications and creams etc we may be able to slow this down.

I have looked into many hair loss remedies and have found some that are better than others in how they say the can slow down hair loss and some even say they will help your existing hair grow more and stronger. I do not know about that but have heard of some of the good some of them do.

Oatmeal Facials That Help You Save Money

By Lyndon Roberts

There's no reason to spend money at the spa for a facial that you can make for yourself with ingredients in your kitchen. The truth is that the best facials are made from natural ingredients. Oatmeal is particularly effective at cleansing and moisturizing skin. Oatmeal is a common ingredient in many body products. Here are a few oatmeal based facials that will help cleanse and moisturize your skin.

The following is a very simple homemade facial recipe that uses oatmeal. Amalgamate a couple teaspoons of oatmeal and a teaspoon of baking soda. Add a sufficient amount of water to change the baking soda and oatmeal mixture into a great paste. Apply the paste on your face while watching out to avoid your eyes and the skin within close proximity to them. Rub the paste gently into your skin and, after waiting a few moments, rinse your face clean with some clean warm water. Dab your face dry with a clean and luxurious towel. Break up some oatmeal in your blender or food processor. In a separate container, mix together a couple of tablespoons of honey with a quarter cup of plain yogurt or buttermilk. Augment this "wet" mixture with your "dry" mixture and jumble until you have formed a paste.

Yogurt and cooked oats are the ingredients of this next recipe. Now stir these two together taking care to mash the oats well. Before applying to your skin be sure the oats are completely broken down. Use a bit of milk or a little more yogurt to thin out a thick mixture. Now you can spread it onto your face being careful to avoid the eyes and allow to sit. Once this mask dries rinse it with warm water. Follow it with your usual toner and moisturizing routine.

One other recipe involves tomatoes, oatmeal, and lemon juice. Mix all of these together until pasty. After washing and rinsing as usual pat skin dry.

Now simply apply this mixture onto face and neck areas avoiding the area around the eyes. This should sit for ten minutes and then be rinsed off with warm water.

Whichever recipe you choose to make you can be sure that it will still be cheaper than whatever you could buy at a salon or spa. Homemade facials complete the job for a tiny portion of the price and troubles. Use these recipes as a starting point to discover just how easy it is to treat your skin at home!
