Hair today Gone Tommorrow

Balding is not something anyone would look forward to. Even though we are unable to stop aging we can help ourselves when it comes to hair loss.

Our hair does get thinner as we age and more for some than others but with today's medications and creams etc we may be able to slow this down.

I have looked into many hair loss remedies and have found some that are better than others in how they say the can slow down hair loss and some even say they will help your existing hair grow more and stronger. I do not know about that but have heard of some of the good some of them do.

Tips On How To Survive 2012

By Gretchen Burton

Experiencing the stage that is considered Armageddon may seem like nothing, but being prepared just in case is always a great idea. There are quite a number of tips on how to survive 2012 and make sure everything is in order.

Water is the necessity for life. It is the grounding point of everything that is needed for life. Finding or making sure there is a reserve of water should be number one on the list. The time is now, when storing water. Large jugs can be filled and stacked in a basement for reserve. Smaller water bottles can be filled up completely and placed in a large freezer for extended storage.

Food is next on the list of necessities. There are many ways of going about getting food. There's one option of storing canned goods which is probably a good idea anyway. Canned goods last for extremely long periods of time, but making sure there are also a few can openers stored as well is good too. Another option of food is gathering wild foods like fruit and edible plants that can be frozen for use later.

Keeping a well stocked supply of first aid kits is definitely needed. Really, the need for large kits is not suggested. Smaller, more compact first aid kits are better for storing in large capacity. These kits will be very important in the event an emergency should occur in the area.

Protecting the inside of the body is one thing, there also needs to be protection on the outside as well. Gloves can protect hands from cuts and infections from things like waste and wreckage. Thick coats can protect against the elements of nature and also flying wreckage within a storm.

With a catastrophe at hand, being organized and ready with smaller items is a must. Maps are needed so that there is a way to tell where is safe for travel without getting completely lost. Small blankets or sleeping bags help when there is no other choice but sleeping outside. When there is a need for fire in a hurry, a lighter can get the job done in no time at all. All of these are small steps, but necessary steps.

After such a disaster has occurred it may be difficult getting things together. With finding a few basics, starting on storage early, and making sure small items are accounted for, this can be an easy transition on how to survive 2012.
