The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus The Christ was a book written by an American preacher named Levi Dowling who claims to have transcribed it directly from the Akashic records. There are many mysterious things that abound the world and these are attempted to be explained by people who believe in the records.
The Akashic records is depicted by many as a collectanea of human experiences that allow harmony of everything in the universe to take place. These can be accessed by people who are believed to have used their austral drops or by souls looking for another path to spend their lives on.
Thus, followers of the gospel believe that reincarnation does exist and that people go through several cycles of life to repay for the debts they have committed in their past lives. The paths for the new life may not appear in chronological order but they are designed to let a soul know about a particular lesson in life. This is based on the account of a hypnotherapist named Michael Newton.
Surprisingly, one's knowledge on the Akashic records as well as his past life would be deleted in the process called birth amnesia. When a soul chooses a new family, he is born through it with no recollections of his past. However, some fragments may have survived the amnesia process and gather to form one's intuitive part. That explains how one could not be treated as a complete blank page even when still young.
Another interesting role of the book is to fill in the gaps of how Christ lived his life in his middle years. Apart from his childhood and public ministry, the Bible never contained anything else about Jesus' life. It was contained in the book that while Jesus was debating teachers' knowledge in a temple when he was young, a Hindu priest heard him and invited him to go to India, thus began Jesus' journeys to other parts of the world like Tibet, Persia, Assyria, Greece and Egypt.
In the course of his journey, Jesus earned the title The Christ in a mystifying initiation ceremony which he got in the last country he traveled in, Egypt. This was because of the fact that he lived a life worth emulating by people.
Thus, everyone is given the chance to return to God by making the necessary reparations in their several lifetimes. Once their souls have completed the journey and are deemed to be fully purified, they will earn the same state that Jesus did as The Christ.
These beliefs has ignited a lot of disputes particularly from the Catholic Church who believes Jesus and Christ to be one and the same. This is an attack to the contend of the Aquarian Gospel that The Christ is a title given to just anyone. Whatever the truth is, there's no way to force people to believe what they don't want to and that religion remains to be one's personal choice. Read more about: aquarian gospel
