Hair today Gone Tommorrow

Balding is not something anyone would look forward to. Even though we are unable to stop aging we can help ourselves when it comes to hair loss.

Our hair does get thinner as we age and more for some than others but with today's medications and creams etc we may be able to slow this down.

I have looked into many hair loss remedies and have found some that are better than others in how they say the can slow down hair loss and some even say they will help your existing hair grow more and stronger. I do not know about that but have heard of some of the good some of them do.

Oatmeal Facials That Save You Money

By Lyndon Roberts

Why would you spend a ton of money on facial cleansers, toners and moisturizers when you can give yourself clean, clear and beautiful skin using just the ingredients in your kitchen cabinets? It's true, many local spas are turning to homeopathic ideas for the sole purpose of reinvigorating and cleansing your skin.

Why pay someone for an oatmeal facial when you can make one for yourself for a fraction of the cost and without leaving your home? You might be surprised to learn the following recipes can be made with many of the items already in your cabinets.

Below is a pretty simple homemade facial recipe that utilizes oatmeal. Blend together a couple of teaspoons of oatmeal and a teaspoon of baking soda. Put in enough water to convert the baking soda and oatmeal mixture into a nice substance. Spread the paste on your face while taking care to avoid your eyes and the skin surrounding them. Apply the cream softly onto your skin and, as soon as you have waited a minute, wet your face clean with some clean warm water. Dab your face dry with a clean and supple towel.

Combine a fourth cup of oatmeal, a fourth cup of almonds, a tablespoon of cornstarch and a tablespoon of chamomile flowers (or a tablespoon of chamomile flower tea). Blend all of these ingredients together in your blender or in a food processor and then put the mixture into glass jars. To use this facial mix, put a couple teaspoons on your hand and make a paste by adding a bit of water to it. Then using soft circular motions, spread the mixture on your face with your fingers. When spreading over your face, avoid your eyes, and then rinse off with warm water and a soft washcloth.

One pretty easy oatmeal facial entails just blending an entire egg, some cooked instant oatmeal and a small amount of olive oil. Jumble these three ingredients together until you come up with a consistent paste. Apply the paste onto your face and permit it to dry.

When the mask has dried, use some lukewarm water to wash your face. Your face will be dirt free, supple and oil free. There are lots of great ways that you can improve the condition of your skin with oatmeal. Oatmeal is highly recommended for homemade facials by many skin care specialists. But these facial recipes are just the beginning, because there are thousands available.
