Hair today Gone Tommorrow

Balding is not something anyone would look forward to. Even though we are unable to stop aging we can help ourselves when it comes to hair loss.

Our hair does get thinner as we age and more for some than others but with today's medications and creams etc we may be able to slow this down.

I have looked into many hair loss remedies and have found some that are better than others in how they say the can slow down hair loss and some even say they will help your existing hair grow more and stronger. I do not know about that but have heard of some of the good some of them do.

Oatmeal Facials Which Cost Less Money

By Celine Brooks

Clean, Clear, Beautiful skin is every woman's goal. This beautiful complexion is important especially for the face. Professional spas and expensive products are often over purchased just to get this type of skin.

If you are like many of us you can't afford the hundreds of dollars this might cost you. Good thing for us there are many ideas we can use at home that achieve the same effect. In fact you will find many ingredients in your kitchen that can be used to make great skin care products. Great facials can be made using the recipes below.

Try this one, add one tsp olive oil to one egg white and about a half a cup of cooked oatmeal. Make the mixture more incorporated and evenly mixed by combining ingredients until mixed well. Next add only a drop or two of lemon juice and again mix. Once all of these ingredients have been mixed well you'll have a pretty good paste. Now cleanse your skin as usual.

In a different container, stir together a couple tablespoons of honey with a quarter cup of plain yogurt of buttermilk. Add together this "wet" mixture with your "dry" mixture and unite until you have made a paste. Put the mixture on all over your face with your fingers. Be mindful of steering clear of your eyes and the areas near them as this skin is pretty sensitive, even to unprocessed ingredients.

Even people with very oily skin can benefit from oatmeal facials. This is one of the simplest facial mixtures that you can make. Make a creamy paste by adding water to natural oatmeal. Spread this on your face, again avoiding the area around your eyes, and let it dry completely. Be patient as this can take a while. Once the mask is completely dried, rub it off your face using your fingers. Your skin should feel clean, moisturized and not excessively oily. Use a soft, clean towel to pay dry after rinsing away any oatmeal bits with water.

Create your own recipes or use the above few for great oatmeal facials for your skin. Why waste all that money when you can use ingredients that are better for you and that you can find in your kitchen?
