Hair today Gone Tommorrow

Balding is not something anyone would look forward to. Even though we are unable to stop aging we can help ourselves when it comes to hair loss.

Our hair does get thinner as we age and more for some than others but with today's medications and creams etc we may be able to slow this down.

I have looked into many hair loss remedies and have found some that are better than others in how they say the can slow down hair loss and some even say they will help your existing hair grow more and stronger. I do not know about that but have heard of some of the good some of them do.

Proven Skin Care - A Way To Wipe Out That Oily Sheen During The Day

By Celine Brooks

Lots of people suffer from problems with oily skin and a shine that seems to last all day--you are not alone! Having a layer of oil making your face shiny certainly isn't attractive. Maybe you've been using heavy layers of makeup in an attempt to hide the problem. It is even worse to wipe it away with whatever is close by (especially if that is your hand). By the way, using your hand on your face is always a terrible idea and you shouldn't do it unless you have no other option. Doing this only transfers the oil and dirt from your hands to your face (not the other way around like you intend). What you need to do is understand a bit more concerning your skin, proper skin care, plus a few other things we're about to tell you.

Realize that there is a lot you can do to minimize your body's secretion of too much oil on your face. If you really want to do this you need to not only be aware of your skin type, you need to lead a healthy lifestyle and use the best kinds of makeup you can.

For example, if you know that your skin is sensitive, your cosmetics and skin care products should be made from natural materials. The reason to do this is that non-natural made products are full of harmful and drying chemicals. If your skin is constantly in a state of mild irritation, then one way your body will react is by producing oil and fluids to the area in an attempt to stem the irritation.

You should only buy skin cleansers that are created for those who have your skin type. Avoid harsh and industrial soaps because these are usually chock full of irritating chemicals. When you wash off your face, try to remember that it is not the same thing as scrubbing a floor or your clothes.

Everyone knows that they need to wash their faces and remove all of their makeup before they go to sleep each night. Not heeding this advice is the best way to ensure that you are well on your way to swimming in an oily skin problem. It is imperative that you take off every last bit of makeup at the end of your day. Taking it off when you get home from work is a good way to remember to do this. No matter when you decide to do it make sure to use a good makeup remover. Once it is off, clean your face with a good cleanser for faces and apply a thin layer of moisturizer.

It is also a good idea, if you aren't wearing any makeup, to simply wash your face in clean pure water and not anything else. People in the US are hesitant to use regular tap water because it has fluoride and chlorine in it. This is why, if you have the means, you should use filtered water. It's even a very good idea to get a faucet-mounted water purifier to at least remove as much chlorine as possible. Chlorine acts to dry out your skin which is the last thing you want to have happen. Then after washing, apply a water based moisturizer. The water will wash away impurities and dirt and the moisturizer keeps your skin moist. As you start to learn more about fighting against oily skin, you will see that it shouldn't be nearly as hard as it might have been for you so far. It is very important that you get to know your skin very well--for a good strategy to form, you need to know your skin type. It's important to know your skin type so that you know how to best care for it.
