Hair today Gone Tommorrow

Balding is not something anyone would look forward to. Even though we are unable to stop aging we can help ourselves when it comes to hair loss.

Our hair does get thinner as we age and more for some than others but with today's medications and creams etc we may be able to slow this down.

I have looked into many hair loss remedies and have found some that are better than others in how they say the can slow down hair loss and some even say they will help your existing hair grow more and stronger. I do not know about that but have heard of some of the good some of them do.

Spend Less with DIY Oatmeal Facials

By Celine Brooks

Lots of people enjoy experimenting with natural ingredients for skin treatments. There's no reason to spend money at the spa, after all, when you can get the same results with ingredients found in your kitchen. Some people use homemade facials to save money; others because of sensitivity to the chemicals in mass produced products. And still others prefer natural ingredients. Whatever your reasons for wanting to use homemade facials, make sure you explore those that use oatmeal because oatmeal is great for the skin. Here are a few oatmeal facial recipes that you can use.

Half a cup of oatmeal ground into a powder is the first step. Next in a separate dish, mix together plain yogurt and honey in equal parts. Now blend everything together until you have a smooth paste.

Avoid getting the mix in your eyes. This mixture will work best if you leave it on for up to half an hour. Now that you've let it sit, use a warm damp cloth to remove the mix and rinse clean with warm (but not hot) water. Break up some oatmeal in your blender or food processor. In an isolated container, mingle a couple of tablespoons of honey with a quarter cup of plain yogurt of buttermilk.

Insert this "wet" mixture with your "dry" mixture and combine until you have put together a paste. Daub the mixture all over your face with your fingers. Pay attention of staying away from your eyes and the area around them on account of this skin being really sensitive even to natural ingredients. Leave the paste on your face for fifteen minutes or so, until it starts to dry out. Utilize clean and warm water to clean the paste off your face. If you have any leftovers, keep it in the fridge for tomorrow (nevertheless, don't keep it in there for over a day). This fusion is kind enough that you can utilize it on a daily basis if you so desire.

The following recipe is great for especially dry skin. Begin by massaging your face with a tablespoon of dry oatmeal. Apply a mixture of mashed banana and yogurt as you would a regular moisturizer. You want to spread the banana and yogurt mixture evenly across your entire face (except for your eyes). Now allow to sit for a bit and then rinse with tepid water.

Some are tremendously uncomplicated. Others are difficult and require buying essential oils from your preferred homeopathic market. Any recipe that you decide on you can be sure that it will still be less pricey than any item you would have spent money on in a salon or at a spa. Homemade facials get the job done for a portion of the price and troubles. Utilize these recipes as a starting point to learn just how easy it is to give your skin a treat at home!
