Hair today Gone Tommorrow

Balding is not something anyone would look forward to. Even though we are unable to stop aging we can help ourselves when it comes to hair loss.

Our hair does get thinner as we age and more for some than others but with today's medications and creams etc we may be able to slow this down.

I have looked into many hair loss remedies and have found some that are better than others in how they say the can slow down hair loss and some even say they will help your existing hair grow more and stronger. I do not know about that but have heard of some of the good some of them do.

Australia Zoo: Passionate About Animals

By Jacque Claire

Steve Irwin and family made Australia Zoo famous with their Crocodile adventures and enthusiasm for animals, but their beginnings were modest. Just two acres housed a small collection at the beginning. Though Steve is gone, his wife and two children continue the legacy along with a team of dedicated workers. They want to see animals from Australia and the world protected, and their efforts are going a long way.

People still get excited about this famous zoo, home to more than the crocodiles Irwin was so famous for fearlessly facing. Guests to the zoo can help change the world and restore habitat in numerous ways thanks to the web. Even before reaching the zoo, or even Australia, use this tool to learn how you can augment their funds while planning your trip with care. Adopt an animal and read news about events at the facility.

Another thing the web gives people the opportunity to do is plan their trip. There is quite a bit to see including certain options which cost extra. Find out before you arrive and be sure to have adequate funds on hand. Look carefully at the zoo plan and find out what animals are around, such as red pandas, otters, lemurs and echidnas.

Get prepared for an animal tour, charging up your camera and making sure there is room on your memory card. Really an encounter, these are provided daily at certain times and for extra cost. Meet giraffes, dingoes and other fascinating creatures. Another way to get close is with a photo opportunity, one of which is provided with resident tigers. Breathtaking.

You could also enjoy a virtual encounter from your chair. Web videos show some of the creatures hamming for the camera. This is more than just a good laugh, but also an educational opportunity, of which there are several. Education provides an important element to conservation after all.

Teachers can download specific resources for their students prior to a school outing. They are tailored to particular age groups and help educators make the most of their time. Another way to learn involves a hands on approach. Kids who think they might like a career with animals in the future might be interested in a day camp during the summer or other holidays. Participants learn components of the profession. Jobs include feeding and cleaning critters and their enclosures, just like a professional zoo keeper.

Animals have a special effect on people, including those with devastating illnesses. Australia Zoo knows this and has made it their policy to welcome children with chronic life-threatening conditions. They get involved through connections with Make-A-Wish, The Starlight Foundation, Cystic Fibrosis, two Childrens Hospitals and more.

If you are a fan, support the animals in one of numerous ways. Just visiting, of course, puts money in the coffers. When this is not possible, donations come in handy. An on-on-line gift shop provides just one more avenue for supporters to send their money to help these animals in their current setting, while money is also directed towards habitat reconstruction and protection.
