Hair today Gone Tommorrow

Balding is not something anyone would look forward to. Even though we are unable to stop aging we can help ourselves when it comes to hair loss.

Our hair does get thinner as we age and more for some than others but with today's medications and creams etc we may be able to slow this down.

I have looked into many hair loss remedies and have found some that are better than others in how they say the can slow down hair loss and some even say they will help your existing hair grow more and stronger. I do not know about that but have heard of some of the good some of them do.

The Importance Of Tongue Scrapers For Your Mouth's Total Health

By Joel Meyer

People tend to believe that tongue scrapers are painful when applied or run through your tongue which is why they do not try it out. But, what they do not know is that tongue scrapers are effective means of taking out bacteria from your mouth.

It is very imperative that you know how to use a tongue scraper for it to be effective and avoid causing damage to your tongue and affect your sense of taste. It can also be the only way for you to keep your tongue clean.

Using the tongue scraper is easy. It is just like scraping the bottom of a pot and most of the time, all know how to use it. But the preference for some become different. Some might want to add toothpaste while scraping their tongue.

Always begin by dipping the tongue scraper in water. It will provide enough moisture to the scraper so as it will instantly glide on your tongue and take out the particles.

Most of the time, people tend to forget that the tongue scraper is very different from the toothbrush. Most people would use a circular motion inside the tongue and end up getting hurt. Use a scraping motion to fully take out the particles.

People tend to scrape their tongues after brushing their teeth which is the most common thing to do. But, to fully take out the bacteria residing on your tongue. Scrape your tongue first then brush your teeth.

Once you are done with scraping your tongue, there will still be a lot of particles and food residues that remain on your tongue or under your tongue. By rinsing it with water, you take out all the residues from your mouth and tongue.

If you just leave the food particles in your mouth, they will immediately become the breeding ground for bacteria. And would then become the source of bad breath and infection.
