Hair today Gone Tommorrow

Balding is not something anyone would look forward to. Even though we are unable to stop aging we can help ourselves when it comes to hair loss.

Our hair does get thinner as we age and more for some than others but with today's medications and creams etc we may be able to slow this down.

I have looked into many hair loss remedies and have found some that are better than others in how they say the can slow down hair loss and some even say they will help your existing hair grow more and stronger. I do not know about that but have heard of some of the good some of them do.

It Is Important To Have Willpower To Quit Smoking

By Bernadette Mendoza

Many people are looking for the magic pill that they can take that will help them lay down the cigarettes for good. This addiction is very strong and keeps it's hold on those who want to give it up. There are many tools one can utilize when trying to quit but the most important one is having the willpower to quit smoking. You will not be successful if you haven't made up your mind to do it.

Some people have the desire to stop but need help to do it. Doctors can prescribe medications that are suppose to help with the cravings and provide the patient with the strength to stay on task. Some think these medications work while others don't. Many people don't need help with their cravings and find a way of getting through them on their own.

What really is helpful is knowing what triggers you may have that makes you want to smoke. It may be stress from work, or socializing with friends or co-workers. Often knowing what sparks your interest will help you see the danger signs when they approach.

The social part of sharing a smoke is often the hardest part to give up. Many people have to learn again how to talk and visit with others without pulling out a cigarette. This can be very difficult, especially if it is the group of people that you have smoked with in the past. Being the one who no longer smokes can be difficult and often, it will draw you back in again.

When you are ready to stop, there is some ground work that needs to be done. Clearing out your house of all ash trays, special lighters and old packs of cigarettes will help keep you strong. Letting friends and family know that you are quitting and how important their support and encouragement is will provide strength when it is needed.

Having little things around the house that take the place of a smoke may help. Many swear by lemon drops and butterscotch candies. Others chew gum to keep the cravings away. It doesn't matter what it is as long as it works for you.

Anyone who has ever been a smoker knows how difficult it can be to stop. It can bring on headaches and mood swings and can make you difficult to live with. Although there are many tools that can be used to help you succeed, you will need willpower to quit smoking for good. Enlist all your friends and family and ask for their support and encouragement. This will provide a strong base while you are going through the difficult times.
