Hair today Gone Tommorrow

Balding is not something anyone would look forward to. Even though we are unable to stop aging we can help ourselves when it comes to hair loss.

Our hair does get thinner as we age and more for some than others but with today's medications and creams etc we may be able to slow this down.

I have looked into many hair loss remedies and have found some that are better than others in how they say the can slow down hair loss and some even say they will help your existing hair grow more and stronger. I do not know about that but have heard of some of the good some of them do.

Tips To Fight Skin Signs Of Aging

By Cheryl Williams

Wrinkles may be a sign of honor - a symbol of a life well-lived. But that doesn't mean you want to display every flaw on your skin for everyone to see. You can cover them with makeup or concealer, but this is ultimately just a short-term fix that can even exacerbate the problem. Rather than do that, use these tips to keep your wrinkles at bay.

A simple, and relaxing, method of wrinkle removal is a facial massage. While it may be an ideal way to melt your worries, it also has practical advantages in that it helps get your blood flowing. This can aid in moving certain elements away from the surface of your skin.

Be gentle when conducting your massage (or having someone else conduct it for you). You don't want to actually cause damage where you are trying to alleviate it. This should be a much better, and certainly more natural solution, than simply covering up the lines.

Keeping your skin clean and moist can also help keep your skin looking flawless. You should find a mild soap you can use on your face once per day when you shower or bathe. After bathing, apply a moisturizer to your face in order to trap in the beneficial water that can keep your skin young looking.

Use a good sunscreen whenever you intend to spend more than a few minutes outdoors during the day. This is as true in the winter as it is during the summer months. The sun's UVA and UVB rays can cause irreparable damage to your skin, but it only take a minute or so to make sure that doesn't happen.

Another way to keep your skin moist may seem obvious but many people fail to take the basic steps needed to ensure it: Drink lots of water every day. Experts say you need at least five full glasses of water each day. This can keep the moisture in your skin in place.

Beyond the water, you also need plenty of essential nutrients to keep yourself healthy. That means fruits, vegetables and a balanced diet. Cut out the sweets, these only lead to damage of the sort that can affect your skin.

These really are just basic tactics for staying in good health. None should take much in the way of time or effort. But the effects will be tantamount. It's a lesson that will show through your healthy skin.
