Hair today Gone Tommorrow

Balding is not something anyone would look forward to. Even though we are unable to stop aging we can help ourselves when it comes to hair loss.

Our hair does get thinner as we age and more for some than others but with today's medications and creams etc we may be able to slow this down.

I have looked into many hair loss remedies and have found some that are better than others in how they say the can slow down hair loss and some even say they will help your existing hair grow more and stronger. I do not know about that but have heard of some of the good some of them do.

How to Use The Law of Attraction to Attract Happiness? (II)

How do we act to get nearer to our goals?





To offer you a practical example, I'm sharing with you my "Daily Routine for Contentment" (listen to me, it just takes 1 or 2 minutes a day) and every day you'll get nearer to make your dreams come true.

"Daily Routine for Happiness'" steps



Step 1: Ask. Consider what you want to attain. As I mentioned before, what feelings and emotions you want to experience. (Those could be a full outline or simply something like "feeling better every single day").

Step 2: Show it. You can do this in the morning or before bedtime. Just close your eyelids and picture how you need to feel. Think ecstatic, with a massive smile, enjoying, guffawing ... Live in your brain what you need to attain.

Step 3: Get into Action. This step is critical. No needs to do anything extraordinary, but you need to act on the instant, build momentum and move toward what you need to attain. An example: Imagine you would like to attract sounder health, to reach fitness. Your routine can begin with one or two minutes visualizing yourself in perfect condition, enjoying your body and how well you feel. Now to get in action you can opt to start a diet, or simply stop eating sweets, or you make the commitment that from this point on you'd take the steps rather than the lift. These are actions that show the universe you're moving forward to your need.



Step 4: Enjoy. The practice of "The Secret" (Ley de Atraccion) isn't a destination but a daily journey. Enjoy what you have now, begins to appreciate your fact as it is and notice those little signs that the universe puts in your way. Feeling great and accepting your current reality will help you a lot to reach what you need.

Step 5: Receive and be thankful. Finally, keep an open mind to receive your wants. Along the day, take a minute or two to list 5 things you are grateful for, those can be as great as being alive and respiring or simple ones as for the food you like and enjoy. The key here is to assess what we have get what we want and appreciate the wealth in our lives.

I am hoping you implement this routine in your daily existance, it truly works, trust me, and inspire you to practice the teaching of "The Secret" to feel every day with more joy and happiness. Like it!
