Hair today Gone Tommorrow

Balding is not something anyone would look forward to. Even though we are unable to stop aging we can help ourselves when it comes to hair loss.

Our hair does get thinner as we age and more for some than others but with today's medications and creams etc we may be able to slow this down.

I have looked into many hair loss remedies and have found some that are better than others in how they say the can slow down hair loss and some even say they will help your existing hair grow more and stronger. I do not know about that but have heard of some of the good some of them do.

How to Address the Hair Loss Problem

By Albert Stone

Many men start experiencing hair loss in middle age, and for some it starts even earlier. It can be due to several different reasons, some of them can be genetic whilst others can be due to lifestyle or diet. There are, however, various solutions to men's hair loss that work that will enable you to fix this problem. We'll be looking at some of the best options in this article.

Most of the men who are suffering from hair loss between the ages of youth and their middle ages have a condition known as male pattern baldness. This lovely condition comes from all branches of the family tree. DHT, which is a hormone leading to hair loss, is the end result of this genetic condition. In some cases, this can be addressed by natural remedies. One of these is a plant called Saw Palmetto, which is also good for men to take for another reason -it helps keep the prostate healthy. This supplement is easy to find in health food stores and offers no known side effects. It's so effective at fighting this particular type of hair loss because it works to inhibit the production of DHT.

Most problems in life can be made better through exercise but that isn't always the case. While a moderate amount of exercise is clearly good for your health, and this includes your hair, there's a possibility that very strenuous exercise may actually contribute to hair loss. In addition to be one of the many types of testosterone that the body produces during strenuous exercise, DHT is also believed to contribute to hair loss. That's why men who steroids or performance enhancing supplements are also prone to hair loss as a side effect. While this is by no means an indication that you should quit exercising it is a sign that you may need to change the types of exercises you do.

Certain herbs may help to prevent or even reverse hair loss. You can find them in some types of shampoos and conditioners, or they can be applied straight onto the hair. One that is used for different reasons is aloe vera. This is a plant that has powerful enzymes that can be effective against male pattern baldness. Nettle root is an additional herb that's useful for fighting hair loss, and you can either take it internally, in tea, or as a capsule form. Hair growth may also be simulated by drinking green tea. As green tea contains very high amounts of antioxidants it's great for both your entire body and your hair. These are just a few of the herbs and plants that can be helpful for hair loss, and they can be applied either externally or ingested.

Hair loss is a little different for everyone and the solutions are often more than a little outside of the box as well. Hair loss can be the byproduct of genetics, medications, and general health. There is no insidious meaning behind hair loss in the average man either. With great tips like these you'll be able to put the brakes on your hair loss. For ideas about Stop hair loss.
