Hair today Gone Tommorrow

Balding is not something anyone would look forward to. Even though we are unable to stop aging we can help ourselves when it comes to hair loss.

Our hair does get thinner as we age and more for some than others but with today's medications and creams etc we may be able to slow this down.

I have looked into many hair loss remedies and have found some that are better than others in how they say the can slow down hair loss and some even say they will help your existing hair grow more and stronger. I do not know about that but have heard of some of the good some of them do.

Achieve Fuller Hair is Possible after sudden hair loss with Toppik Refill Hair Building Fibers

By Robert James

Gray hair is expected to occur particularly when we grow old. It may occur earlier depending on some circumstances though. Both sexes are not excused from having grey hair but baldness is a different story. Some people lose their hair owing it to their inherited genes or other circumstances. Knowing that thinning hair is in your genes may prepare you before it happens. However, losing your hair unexpectedly can be upsetting. This is what happens to cancer patients when they undergo chemotherapy. Killing their cancer cells, chemotherapy also damages the follicles of their hair. This explains the reason why a cancer patient becomes bald while under therapy. The hair grows back after chemotherapy but the new hair is fragile, weak and is not as good as it used to before. Some who had straight hair grew wavy hair while others with curly hair grew straight hair. The new hair does not look healthy and a few experiences early thinning of their scalp. Such is the damaging effects of chemotherapy.

To fully understand this, let me just explain to you the process of human hair growth. On average, human hair grows half inch each month and continues to grow between two to six years. Once it has reached its "maturity growth", it goes through its resting phase where new hair starts to grow replacing the old strands. The new hair sprouts from the same follicle of the "matured hair". The hair growth cycle continues and will only change when something has upset its cycle such as chemotherapy.

For cancer patients, the new hair is easily broken, as the scalp is still trying to recuperate brought by the medications during chemotherapy. Hair must be given extra care by using special types of shampoos and conditioners that can induce hair growth. Herbal and nature-based products are the best options to use. A soft bristle brush must also be used in combing the hair. Hair styling processes such as perming and dyeing is also not recommended for at least 6 months to give time for the scalp to heal.

If the patient is intent on making her hair look better and fuller, she has to use natural hair products. The best option to adopt is to use a hair building fiber product. Hair building fiber products such as Toppik is made of keratin and organic proteins, which are essential micronutrients for the hair. With these natural ingredients, which are actually what the hair needs to be nourished, the patient is assured that it is free of any chemicals and radical elements making it safe to use. They may not stimulate the growth of your hair, but they can make your hair look voluminous.

Its objective is to create the look of having fuller and thicker locks. Therefore, do not expect that it can enhance the health of your hair or solve hair loss issues. Nevertheless, it is a good option, as it will not hamper the growth of your hair. If you choose an excellent hair fiber product, you will have a natural looking hair on top of your head for a long period without having an itchy scalp.
