Hair today Gone Tommorrow

Balding is not something anyone would look forward to. Even though we are unable to stop aging we can help ourselves when it comes to hair loss.

Our hair does get thinner as we age and more for some than others but with today's medications and creams etc we may be able to slow this down.

I have looked into many hair loss remedies and have found some that are better than others in how they say the can slow down hair loss and some even say they will help your existing hair grow more and stronger. I do not know about that but have heard of some of the good some of them do.

Hair Thinning: Suggestions and Advices

By Hailey Lossen

Any type of hair thinning or hair loss tends to be a serious form of embarrassment for the sufferer. More often than not, one only realizes the seriousness of the problem when it is almost too late. Every man and woman who suffers from hair loss should consider the benefits of taking hair growth vitamins.

There are real medical reasons behind the slowing of hair growth between the age of thirty and forty. You should have right diet and balanced vitamins to have good healthy hair for a long time. Your reflection in the mirror will tell you the result if the intake of the right food with the balanced vitamins is right.

There are so many things which actually cause this problem of hair loss. The environmental factors play an important role along with stress, illness and neglect of hair for this problem. All the supplements of B Vitamins are necessary for your hair growth.

The two forms of Vitamin B - Biotin and niacin are both good for your hair. These two help to produce protein which nurtures the strands of the hair. Your hair wonít have a good growth unless you have good protein intake. The sources of vitamin B are wheat germ, potatoes, chicken and eggs.

Just from eating foods such as apricots, cabbage and eggs you will be able to obtain a good amount of these vitamins so that you are able to fight off hair loss. Vitamin B12 is very essential for your hair because it helps to maintain your hair's structure as well as give it color.

Hair growth depends upon biotin. You get biotin from food like green peas, lentils, sunflower seeds, walnuts, brown rice etc. Externally you can get biotin if you use shampoos having it.

Aside from the B-vitamins you should also take note of vitamin C. Research has shown that having a good amount of this vitamin in your diet will enable the blood vessels in the scalp to carry more blood to your roots.

The other Vitamin necessary for the blood circulation is Vitamin E which stimulates the oxygen intake in the blood. The hair growth is always enhanced with proper blood circulation and one more thing necessary for hair growth is zinc.

So should you really use the vitamins for hair growth or not? Rather invest your money and time to consult with your doctor who is able to make a proper and precise diagnosis. Obviously your doctor will prescribe or recommend the most appropriate line of treatment for your specific problem.
