Hair today Gone Tommorrow

Balding is not something anyone would look forward to. Even though we are unable to stop aging we can help ourselves when it comes to hair loss.

Our hair does get thinner as we age and more for some than others but with today's medications and creams etc we may be able to slow this down.

I have looked into many hair loss remedies and have found some that are better than others in how they say the can slow down hair loss and some even say they will help your existing hair grow more and stronger. I do not know about that but have heard of some of the good some of them do.

People formulate resolutions to improve their health, fitness or weight, but lack the commitment to follow through success. Do you work around your goals this way? Making the resolution is simple, the hard part is staying loyal to it and reaching the goal. Why don't you do something different to increase your chance of attaining body fitness, like the following:

1. Visit the gym. Join a fitness program. Regular workout is the best way to stay fit.

2. Walk you heart out. Instead of relying on elevator or vehicles, make an effort to walk. You might not know it, but this fun-filled activity enables you to burn more calories. Not only that, walking also improves your endurance and stamina. To lose more fat, do brisk walking during your leisure time.

3. Get active in the morning with stretching exercises. Stretching can help you in different ways. When you stretch out your muscles and ligaments, you essentially hone your range of motion and resistance to injuries.

4. Drink lots of water. It's time you avoid sodas, beer and other unhealthy beverages. When you keep yourself refreshed and hydrated with water, you're sure to flush the toxins away.

5. Change your eating habits. Say goodbye to burgers, donuts, chips and sodas. Say hi to healthier snacks such as fruit shakes, baby carrots or sweet potato sticks. A change in diet can help you reduce your sugar and fat consumption. Also, try ingesting small frequent proportions.

6. Create a specific plan. After devising a plan, make sure you keep this program visible to you always. Place it on your bed, the refrigerator door, house wall or inside the car. Whatever you put, make sure you stay loyal to it at all times.
