Hair today Gone Tommorrow

Balding is not something anyone would look forward to. Even though we are unable to stop aging we can help ourselves when it comes to hair loss.

Our hair does get thinner as we age and more for some than others but with today's medications and creams etc we may be able to slow this down.

I have looked into many hair loss remedies and have found some that are better than others in how they say the can slow down hair loss and some even say they will help your existing hair grow more and stronger. I do not know about that but have heard of some of the good some of them do.

Applying The 12 Steps In Daily Life

By Cheri Knowles

Studying the 12 steps is one way to pursue sobriety in a life of addiction. You also can use the system when coping with other challenges, such as personal conflicts or when you seek peace in other areas of worry in your experiences. You may find yourself turning to the process as a resource in coping with life's challenges.

As you start the process, the first realization is to know that you are powerless over what you are confronting. In the program, it refers to addiction, but you can use that in recognizing this same aspect in problems or people. The process might help you begin to analyze the situation as it pertains to your perception and role.

As you work through elements of the work, a journal might be a handy tool to keep track of your progress. You can note your thoughts and reactions to different elements as the system relates to a particular problem. This journal could be a good way to mark progress and breakthroughs.

Over time, the program could be more than just a process for you. The experience may become a way of gaining control of your issues. If you have something occurring that seems to be overtaking other areas of your life, this mental process could help put it in perspective and right-size the problem in your mind.

This type of analysis could become the basis for other positive changes and mental adjustments that can bring a fresh perspective to problems. You might see that other situations become not so dramatic when confronted with each step. The program may lead to an overhaul in how you generally cope with challenges.

The 12 steps can be a powerful coping mechanism when working the program and considering issues with analysis in mind. As you focus on making positive changes, you may notice other elements of your routine adjust. Lessons learned may benefit other aspects of your life.
