Hair today Gone Tommorrow

Balding is not something anyone would look forward to. Even though we are unable to stop aging we can help ourselves when it comes to hair loss.

Our hair does get thinner as we age and more for some than others but with today's medications and creams etc we may be able to slow this down.

I have looked into many hair loss remedies and have found some that are better than others in how they say the can slow down hair loss and some even say they will help your existing hair grow more and stronger. I do not know about that but have heard of some of the good some of them do.

Learning How To Be Charismatic

By Frank Hayes

Charisma is something that is shared by all of the greatest historical leaders, beloved celebrities and even many popular people. It has very little to do with their looks, rather it is about their attitude. These people know how to be charismatic and they are not afraid to use it.

They have a mindset that draws others to want to be around them, to bask in their greatness, so to speak. It is in the optimism they exude and the positive way they make those in their presence feel. They believe in themselves and it shows. They understand people and the importance of body language.

Self confidence is a great place to begin. It is only natural for humans to be drawn to other humans who show that they are happy with themselves and comfortable in their own skin. Love for oneself is a very attractive quality to have, so long as it does not come off as egotism.

Sometimes it is not what is said, but rather how it was delivered. Speaking to others with an air of conviction lets them know that one is sure about what they are talking about. Being humble is equally important. The best orators will understand that perfect balance between confidence and humility, so as not to seem snobbish or beaten.

Body language can say so much more than actual words are able to convey. People who wear a heart-felt smile and seem inviting will draw others to their side. Setting one's mind on believing they are the center of attention will command all eyes be upon them. Do not be hesitant to approach people and introduce oneself, providing eye contact and a confident handshake while stating one's name clearly.

It is not necessary to dominate a conversation. Someone with charisma knows how to keep the attention on themselves, yet still make the one they are speaking to feel as though they are the most interesting person around. It is all about being confident but not having too much ego.

Being an attentive listener is just as important, if not more so, than being a good talker. People love to spend time talking to others who have the courtesy to give them undivided attention. To let someone know they are being heard, use body language by not being distracted by others or checking phone messages.

Knowing how to be charismatic is something that is inside of everyone, it is just a matter of accessing it. Learn to pick up on the subtle signals sent by others through body language. For some people, a talent for being likable comes naturally. For others, it sometimes takes a little conscious effort.
