Hair today Gone Tommorrow

Balding is not something anyone would look forward to. Even though we are unable to stop aging we can help ourselves when it comes to hair loss.

Our hair does get thinner as we age and more for some than others but with today's medications and creams etc we may be able to slow this down.

I have looked into many hair loss remedies and have found some that are better than others in how they say the can slow down hair loss and some even say they will help your existing hair grow more and stronger. I do not know about that but have heard of some of the good some of them do.

Teaching Ways To Express Yourself Is The Foundation Of Good Education

By Agnes Franco

Ways to express yourself are essential because we are all like pressure cookers. Stress builds up within us explosively unless we have some means of preventing it. Dogs may bark and cows may chew their cud. Human beings have various other ways of preventing stress.

Anger is a violent form of expression that can have terrible consequences. Usually an angry outburst occurs after a long struggle to maintain control of emotions that simmer slowly like embers that can suddenly flame up at a slight provocation. Like a fire, rage feeds on itself furiously for a while and then tends to die away because it has consumed what fed it.

The experience of a violent emotional outburst that has a calming effect when it is over is known as a catharsis. It is quite a healthy psychological event because it does relieve pent up stress. However, outbursts can be permanently damaging because things can be said and done that have lasting consequences. For example a relationship can be permanently broken.

If children are introduced to games and sports whilst young before they will probably continue to enjoy them throughout life. As a result they will have an outlet. They will express themselves through competition and activity. Although this will entail some stress it will be of the healthy variety that is a necessary part of life.

Stress affects body and mind. For that reason a sound education includes an introduction to cultural activities that activate the mind as well as the body. Debating, drama and any number of hobbies can be tasted. In some cases an exploratory taste may be sufficient but if a taste for some hobby is acquired it can become an important means of expression.

Psychologists suggest that beneath the various ways that there are to express yourself there is one vital element. Even a person who has not had a rich education and does not have many life skills can survive mentally and emotionally if he has the capacity to compare himself in some way with an abstract concept. This is the basis of self expression. The capacity for metaphor keeps us all sane.
