Hair today Gone Tommorrow

Balding is not something anyone would look forward to. Even though we are unable to stop aging we can help ourselves when it comes to hair loss.

Our hair does get thinner as we age and more for some than others but with today's medications and creams etc we may be able to slow this down.

I have looked into many hair loss remedies and have found some that are better than others in how they say the can slow down hair loss and some even say they will help your existing hair grow more and stronger. I do not know about that but have heard of some of the good some of them do.

To The Point On How To Find Happiness

By Casandra Newton

Some may think that being happy is a state that is easy to gain and easy to lose. Like puffy white clouds intermittently blocking out the sun, daily situations can come through the day and seemingly eclipse individual happiness. But that should not happen. Perhaps when this happens it is really not contentment at all. It could be something else. To eliminate being duped by this fake, it is important to know how to find happiness. And when it is known how to find it one will know when they really have it.

A person can start with their current state of life to begin looking for it, although that is not where it ends. Everyone has had some type of setback or tragedy that has caused pain. Happiness is a true friend that can be leaned on in tough situations. It will pick you up and help you move on regardless of what happened. And it will eliminate any guilt in doing so.

As an example, if one did lose their savings, being happy causes one to express thanks for being able to have saved in the first place and leads one to have faith that they will eventually be able to save again. Hard times are the proving ground for real happiness. For if being happy can be experienced in difficult times it will surely be present when times get better.

One needs to be able to look in the mirror as they are and at that moment love who they see. Regardless of height, weight, hair, or skin color, there needs to be a healthy respect and appreciation for self. Self esteem is a key part of the equation. This does not mean that one stop trying to improve. Whether it is losing weight, changing a hair style, or dressing more fashionably, it should not be done specifically to make one happy. Whenever happiness is tied to anything materialistic, once that item is gone it is possible that the happiness leaves as well.

There are two actions that are the direct opposite of true contentment. They are worrying and complaining. To complain and worry can often center on a negative or unrealistic view of things. They stifle regular productive thought and action.

With respect to both there are no steps being taken to improve the situation or future. This places worrying and complaining in the category of non value adding. Finding contentment while seeking to complain and worry is as easy as finding fire that is not hot.

People tend to gravitate to groups that have the similar interests. Sometimes this pairing of thoughts and emotions can be counterproductive, especially when they are negative. Strength is needed to sometimes break free from negative groups and bond with those that will provide positive mental sustenance.

It should be clear that there is a simple solution on how to find happiness. It is truly about the most simple things. No money, credit, or approval from others is necessary. It starts and ends with the individual having a true spirit of appreciation in all situations.
