Hair today Gone Tommorrow

Balding is not something anyone would look forward to. Even though we are unable to stop aging we can help ourselves when it comes to hair loss.

Our hair does get thinner as we age and more for some than others but with today's medications and creams etc we may be able to slow this down.

I have looked into many hair loss remedies and have found some that are better than others in how they say the can slow down hair loss and some even say they will help your existing hair grow more and stronger. I do not know about that but have heard of some of the good some of them do.

Journaling Montreal Therapy; A Way To Know Yourself

By Madeline Finch

Many counselors and therapists recommend journaling Montreal as a form of therapy. There are reports from those that journal consistently showing how they got more in touch with their personal feelings, how they understood themselves better and how they were able to deal with their past. It doesnt not matter what age you are, anyone can journal and there is no need to worry about the spelling, vocabulary or grammar. You can adopt the journal to fit your individual needs because there is no right or wrong way to journal, this experience will be as unique as you are.

An expensive journal is not necessarily what you need, those that have used ordinary notebooks or legal pads have actually shown better results. You are not obliged to write something profound which should reduce your performance anxiety. Before you start, you must first decide on specific times to journal, the morning being the best time.

If morning is a not a practical time for you, then you will have to choose another time but mornings are good because most writers learn more from morning entries. Those that have been long time journal writers suggest that one should begin an entry by listing current feelings. By first getting in touch with ones feeling, the rest of the entry flows much easier.

You can also use different colors to represent different emotions i. E. You may use black for depression, red for anger, green for jealousy and so on. One of the great benefits of journal writing is it gives you a chance to vent negative feelings safely and at any time. Others express their feelings by making entries in form of letters addressed to different people that have impact on ones life.

These letters are not to be mailed, you write them only for your own benefit because they help you to deal with certain feelings as you put things in perspective. Mechanics such as grammar, spelling etc are not important in journal making because you are not writing for others but yourself. Actually you do not even have to make complete sentences, when depressed you can simply jot down random words or phrases.

Parts that are especially meaningful can be emphasized by underlining them or like some do, draw a light bulb over the parts. Keep your journal safe since it contains your private thoughts and ask family members to respect that privacy. Do not sway your journal writing to please someones ego just in case they ever read it because how you feel about them one day may not be the same most of the time.

However, there are particular times when sharing can be very beneficial, especially reading parts with your therapist can really help the progress. Those that journal as a form of self therapy report that in the beginning most of what they wrote dealt with surface issues. After two weeks they were shocked by what they realized or remembered about themselves through the journal.

You may call the two week point a magic point because it is at this moment that many realize their journaling Montreal has changed. Most people like to leave their journals somewhere near the bed like on the nightstand, a couple of others carry their journals wherever they go. Keeping a journal is a form of self therapy and is highly encouraged especially to those that have never done it before, results are guaranteed in three weeks.
