Hair today Gone Tommorrow

Balding is not something anyone would look forward to. Even though we are unable to stop aging we can help ourselves when it comes to hair loss.

Our hair does get thinner as we age and more for some than others but with today's medications and creams etc we may be able to slow this down.

I have looked into many hair loss remedies and have found some that are better than others in how they say the can slow down hair loss and some even say they will help your existing hair grow more and stronger. I do not know about that but have heard of some of the good some of them do.

Looking to drop extra weight dead in its tracks? If you have some extra pounds you've been dying to get rid of, look no further. You can begin to lose the weight without having to spend countless hours at the gym or crunching calories.

Here are two easy to lose the extra weight you've been trying to get off.

Start eating protein, protein, and more protein!

Regardless of what meal it is, you need protein. Protein is the substance that helps maintained proper sugar levels. If you don't have stable blood sugar than you will notice that you have cravings that are hard to control, as well as feeling extremely hungry.

Sometimes it's hard to find foods that are high in protein but make sure to do your research and figure out what foods suffice. Meals are fairly easy. Meats, chicken, eggs, cheese, and protein shakes. You may find that snack time is the hardest but some great ideas are trail mix, beef jerky, or low fat yogurt.

Start jump roping, and get fit!

If you're wondering how many celebrities you see have such great bodies and are super fit, it's because they do mini workouts. One great mini workout is jump roping. It's easy, doesn't take a lot of time, but the results are great.

Jump rope during your TV time, if you jump rope different the commercial breaks you will be jumping rope for at least ten minutes. This is an effective workout in itself.

There are a lot of things to do to lose weight, but these are two simple changes to your lifestyle that are easy to do.
