Hair today Gone Tommorrow

Balding is not something anyone would look forward to. Even though we are unable to stop aging we can help ourselves when it comes to hair loss.

Our hair does get thinner as we age and more for some than others but with today's medications and creams etc we may be able to slow this down.

I have looked into many hair loss remedies and have found some that are better than others in how they say the can slow down hair loss and some even say they will help your existing hair grow more and stronger. I do not know about that but have heard of some of the good some of them do.

The Right Facial Care Practices To Avoid Dermatitis

By Charlsie S. Pabst

Too much cleansing on the face is actually harmful for the skin and it is doubtful if many people know it. Dermatologists will tell you how many people turn up at the clinics with all sorts of skin problems just because they tried to have a glowing skin.

Inflammation of the skin is scientifically known as dermatitis; a condition which is fairly common in all sorts of people. It causes itching, irritation, and redness of skin.

The inflammation disappears on its own but dermatitis is quite unlike eczema and psoriasis which take a lot longer to disappear since they are more chronic. Chronic skin issues are caused by sodium laurel sulfate that is found in most cleansers.

It is normally very easy for people to develop cancerous growths due to frequent inflammation of the skin which tends to damage cells. It might also result in many ugly skin problems, plus drooping neckline.

Now you may be asking if there are any safe face cleansers out there. Well, the ones that are safe are those that would not make things worse for you or those that are not counterproductive. Just know that not all companies are the same, and again people are different. It means even a very trusted product is liable to cause problems if not used properly.

Take great care in using face cleansers since it actually does not have to be an expensive product or even too involving. Just keep it simple. The easiest and safest way to do it is to use olive oil with warm water which is used with a face cloth. After putting a few drops of olive oil into warm water, use a face cloth to rub this on the face.

Exfoliation should only be done once each month, or else your face might actually turn out worse because of too much wear and tear. Then what is required for this exercise is to simply get some oatmeal and/or sea salt which will open the pores of your skin. It is still advisable that you do this very sparingly; twice a month is even on the higher side.

The oatmeal and sea salt combo is meant to do wonders to your skin, just try it in less than two months you will see your skin glowing.
