Hair today Gone Tommorrow

Balding is not something anyone would look forward to. Even though we are unable to stop aging we can help ourselves when it comes to hair loss.

Our hair does get thinner as we age and more for some than others but with today's medications and creams etc we may be able to slow this down.

I have looked into many hair loss remedies and have found some that are better than others in how they say the can slow down hair loss and some even say they will help your existing hair grow more and stronger. I do not know about that but have heard of some of the good some of them do.

Tips On Learning To Be Alone

By Lori Guerra

Despite the widespread belief that being alone is negative, learning to be alone can be enjoyable. It can also teach you many things about yourself and help you grow.

Being alone is not the same as loneliness. Either one can come as a result of the end of a relationship, but just because you are used to someone else's company does not mean you cannot learn to appreciate the value of your own company. You have everything you need to be fulfilled by yourself.

Use the circumstance as a chance to get back in touch with your true self, something we frequently lose focus of when we adopt other roles to cater to the needs of our spouses, children or others. Now is the time to embrace your newfound independence.

Being independent allows you to now get involved in activities that you may have wanted to do before but were unable to. You have no one to answer to at this time and can move to suit your own schedule. Doing new things also allows you the opportunity to form new connections if you so wish.

Solitude also pushes you to learn new things that you may have previously depended on others for. New skills that you may now be forced to acquire include making money, budgeting income or even something simple like assembling things around the home. Being by yourself means doing it yourself, which can be a very rewarding experience as it pushes the limits of what you know and are used to, therefore promoting personal growth.

Learning to be comfortable without others means being responsible for your state of mind. Knowing that you don't need other people to be happy or to feel like you belong will put you in touch with who you really are and help you to develop your true self and be at your very best. This will help later should you decide to find someone to share your world with.
